Relax with the whole family at this estate home. The interior features a chef-style kitchen, library, and an upstairs play space. The backyard sits on almost 0.5 acres and is where the magic continues with a deck for dining, pool with sun shelf and spa, pavilion with fireplace, pool shower and bathroom, fruit trees, and pirate ship playset. There is also a public park across the street with sports fields and a playground. *The garage apartment is occupied by the on-site property manager.*

--KITCHEN-- The heart of the home is the chef-style kitchen that features oversized Kenmore Elite appliances such as a 6-burner range with 2 ovens (the right side is a convection oven), 2 drink fridges, a massive island that seats 4, and filtered water at the small sink. The kitchen is equipped with the following: -Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, and Range with stoves -Washer and dryer -Dinnerware (large and small bowls and plates, glasses) for up to 8 people, including metal wine glasses and coffee mugs. There are also plastic plates, bowls, and cups for children. -Cutlery, serving ware, and mixing bowls -Small appliances (blender, knife sharpener, toaster, microwave, stand mixer), spice rack -Food storage containers -Coffee & espresso machine, mocha pot -Coffee grounds, tea, and sugar *Don't feel like cooking?* Enjoy many locally-owned restaurants starting within 2 blocks of the home! Refer to our Old Seminole Heights Guide for details. The kitchen opens up to the backyard where the fun continues. The rear deck, patio table, and chairs are new (May 2023) and seat up to 8. --LIBRARY-- Feel free to grab a book and snuggle up for a cozy read on the couch. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs, which works wonderfully for setting up board games. Need to leave books behind before you check out? That's totally fine with us! --BEDROOMS-- Each bedroom is equipped with linens (bedsheets, towels), spacious closets with coat hangers, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. An iron and ironing board is located in the owner's suite, and there is a dry cleaning facility (McNatt's) within the neighborhood. There are two bedrooms located downstairs. The third bedroom is upstairs. The bedroom off of the living room has two twin bunk beds and sleeps 4. The master suite is located off of the kitchen and comes with a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2) and an en-suite bathroom with sink and clawfoot tub with shower combination. Access the upstairs bedroom using the stairs at the front of the home. The closest bathroom to this room is located on the first floor through the library. This bedroom features a comfortable couch, ductless mini-split AC, queen-size bed (sleeps 2), and desk space. The TV is in the playroom. --BATHROOMS-- These are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Please use the provided cotton pads and q-tips to remove make-up instead of the white towels. --INDOOR PLAYROOM & KIDS' TOYS-- The indoor playroom is accessed through the upstairs bedroom closet. There is a smart TV inside, and it's a great place to hang out on a rainy day or when winding down for the night with a cozy book. Please refrain from eating or drinking in here. In the baskets under the living room TV on the first floor are toys, puzzles, and games available to the guests. --HIGH SPEED INTERNET & DEVICE CHARGING STATION-- Work remotely easily with fast wifi (500/500 mbps). Desk space and lighting (including a ring light with mobile phone holder) are located in the upstairs bedroom. In the kitchen, to the right of the stove, is a device charging station equipped with an updated electric outlet containing USB & USB-C charging ports. There is a basket below the outlet filled with various charging blocks and cords. --BACKYARD FEATURES-- **Under video and audio surveillance** 1) Pirate ship playset, equipped with 2 slides, a rock climbing wall, 2 swings, and a swinging bar. 2) Private pool and heated spa 3) Fruit trees 4) Herb Spiral 5) Pool Bathroom 6) Outdoor Shower (behind the pavilion and fireplace) 7) Bat House: At dusk, you'll see them take flight 8) Mosquito lamp (to kill mosquitos naturally) **Please keep shoes on in the backyard. We try to keep a clean space; however, we've recently replaced the deck and so there may be rusty nails about** --POOL & SPA-- **Please monitor your children and keep all pool gates closed when children are on the property** Don't bring glass into the pool or spa. Broken glass will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150. *Spa will be heated for 2 hours per day of booking during agreed-upon times. --POOL TOYS, BEACH GEAR, AND OUTDOOR GAMES-- Located in the laundry room are pool towels (please don't bring the white towels outside). In the pool area is a gate where you can find pool toys and a beach umbrella. In the shed with the pergola at the rear of the property, there are outdoor games: soccer net with balls, giant jenga, and cornhole (bean bags are tossed on a board with a hole). Please don't leave toys in the pool or in the yard when you check-out. Please store the yard toys during rain and storms as they can become projectiles in high winds. --CHILDREN'S CAR SEATS-- There are 2 car seats (4-in-1 Graco) that are available for guest use at no charge. These are located in the shed with the pergola at the rear of the property. You are responsible for the proper installation of the car seat(s) in your vehicle, and we are not responsible for misuse. Please lightly clean them after use. --AC & Cooling Tips-- Please do not adjust the AC thermostats below 73 degrees Fahrenheit at the upstairs mini-split or the downstairs thermostat. Doing so can cause the units to freeze up and not cool at all. To ensure optimal cooling, keep windows covered and doors closed. --POOL CARE, LAWN CARE, AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS-- The pool cleaner comes every Thursday, unless there is poor weather. The lawn guy comes every 1-2 weeks in the rainy season (summer and fall) and every 2-3 weeks in the dry season (winter & spring). We don't know when the landscaping team arrives since they follow their own schedule; however, service lasts between 30-45 minutes typically. There is a quarterly pest service performed by Friendly Pest Solutions on the exterior of the home.

Contactless booking! You'll receive a unique door access code to enter your booking. You are booking a detached single-family home; however, there is a garage apartment behind the home that is occupied by our property manager. The property manager will not use the amenities (pool) during your booking. He accesses his home by using the porch and path located on the left side of the home (if looking at the home from the street), and should not be blocked in at the driveway [he has 1 tandem parking spot, so no one should park behind him]. Guests have 2 tandem parking spots (parks up to 5-6).

Old Seminole Heights is a historic neighborhood in Tampa filled with locally-owned and loved restaurants and businesses, along with quick access to shopping, theme parks and travel. Our favorite places to dine are The Front Porch, Trophy Fish, Mekenita Cantina, Gulf Coast Sourdough, Bo's Ice Cream, and Revolution Ice Cream.
Guest Access
You're able to access the entire main home and backyard, except for the detached apartment and garage with barn doors, and the locked "fish shack" next to the herb spiral. Some interior base cabinets are locked for owner storage in the kitchen and library.

The driveway is quite large and guests have 2 tandem parking spots (parks up to 5-6 cars) available to them. When parking in an organized fashion, you can fit 2-3 cars long by 3 cars wide in this driveway. 1 parking row (2 tandem spots) should be left for the on-site property manager in the garage apartment. Getting around by vehicle is fastest; however, there are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for walking and biking to the nearby grocery store (Save-A-Lot), and restaurants like Trophy Fish, Tripp's Diner, and The Front Porch.
